what am I doing in my current company? a fren of mine said should call it as : "Bao Gao Liao" (everything included)... personally I find it the same too...


every morning, I have to open ceo's room & switch on air-cond, open board room and check meeting schedule - whether or not any meeting is scheduled at certain time so I can get ready the venue for the meeting, prepare refreshment (3 types of drinks each time, 3 times a day or maybe more, upon request, if any)..then I shall busy myself with checking fax, checking emails, trvl & hotel arrangements for low/medium/high positions (80% of the staffs + directors are traveling)..distribute faxes to relevant departments, forwarding/replying emails, follow up on certain issues, courier arrangements, stationery/grocery orders and maintenance & etc...all these, seems easy yet taken up a lot of times and attentions..plus, efforts, of course.

and the most tedious one will be providing secretarial supports to her majesty..because it is ranging from A to Z and has no barrier, plus most of time, it is always super URGENT!

(hmm...I think the above should have enough) & in actual fact, I'm just an AA!! oh gosh..this is just the starting and I have already got so many "sub-titles"..can't imagine what is it going to be in days to come.....we - open eyes wide wide and see ya!


ITS ANOTHER WEEKEND!!

I am really appreciating this weekend because it is like the longest week I have gone through so far, and also because have to work for 5 full days! this whole month of January is gonna be long.....not until I have my CNY break....yuhoo! Can't wait for it......
